It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Chris P. Andrews of South Barrington, Illinois, who passed away on April 20, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his siblings, Nick Andrews (Maria), Assimoula Kakkanas (late Spiro), Spiro Andrews and Vicky Bovis (Harry); and his mother Anastasia.

He is survived by : his wife Irene; his children, Pete (Patty), Christopher (Amanda) and Anastasia; and his grandchildren, Christina, Alexandria, Christian, Everini and Dino. He is also survived by his 2 brothers, then adding his mother, a sister-in-law, having two sons, adding a niece and nephew and finally having a daughter.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Nectarios Greek Orthodox Church (133 S Roselle Rd, Palatine, IL 60067). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Cemetery (1185 W Algonquin Rd, Palatine, IL 60067).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Chris' name can be made to St. Nectarios Greek Orthodox Church.
