She was predeceased by: her mother Elsie Hull; her husband Chuck; and her sister Phyllis Seymour. She is survived by: her children, Steve Addams and Denise Perrin (Tom); and her grandchildren, Tom Perrin, Jr., Ashley Perrin (Jillian Peterson), Rachel Hutchins and Ian Addams. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Northern IL Hospice.
