He is survived by: his spouse Carmen T.; his children, Joseph Czajka, Catherine Verbic (Jevlyn), Theresa Harmon (Roger), Diane Urbaniak (Anthony), Debby Krol, Alan Czajka (Meriam), John Czajka (Michelle) and Carmen Rogge (Tom); and his brothers, Thaddeus Czajka Jr. (Shirley) and Leonard Czajka (late Sherian).
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kerr-Parzygnot Funeral Home (540 Dixie Hwy, Chicago Heights, IL 60411). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Liborius Catholic Church (71 W 35th St, Steger, IL 60475).
