She was predeceased by: her mother Maria Rodriguez Zarate; and her sister Juanita. She is survived by: her husband Mario Solis; her children, Pep, Blanca and David; her grandchildren, Ari, Taylor, Sophie and Val; and her sister Bertha.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Laird Funeral Home (310 S State St, Elgin, IL 60123). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (397 Fulton St, Elgin, IL 60120).
