Margaret C. Oetjen Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 30, 2025, Margaret C. Oetjen of South Holland, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Ruth Oetjen (Erffmeyer). She is survived by: her friend Donald Zylstra; her siblings, Kenneth Oetjen and Joanne Hoeksema (Michael); her sister-in-law Linda Oetjen; and her friend Dori Hoeksema.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Smits Funeral Home (2121 Pleasant Springs Ln, Dyer, IN 46311). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lynwood United Reformed Church (1990 Glenwood Dyer Rd, Lynwood, IL 60411). A burial was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at the Homewood Memorial Gardens (600 Ridge Rd, Homewood, IL 60430).
