He was predeceased by : his parents, Lovon, Sr. Ruth and Marjorie Ruth; his brother John Scarbrough (Peggy); and his sister-in-law Carol Scarbrough. He is survived by : his son Edward Scarbrough; and his siblings, Pearl Roth (Raymond) and Edward Scarbrough. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
