He was predeceased by : his parents, Pawel Bialowas and Jozefa Bialowas (Sroka); his wife Stella; and his siblings, Lukasz Bialowas and Maria Ambroza.

He is survived by : his sons, Chet Bilows (Maggie) and Joe Bialowas; his grandsons, Adam Bilows and Andy Bilows; his stepgrandchildren, Bradley Nott and BreAnne Krasniuk; and his sister Viktoria Pierzchala of Streator, IL..

Memorial donations may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
