It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine Lewis (Springfield, Illinois), who passed away on February 25, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sister Joan Bishop. She is survived by: her husband William Lewis; her children, Becky Brownfield (Jeremy), Mary Ann Dunn (Douglas) and Michael Zarlingo; her sisters, Annette Nelson and Earlona Looby; her grandchildren, Stella, Jacob Brownfield, Sarah, Sean Bargas, Paul and Samantha Zarlingo; and her great grandchild Owen Zarlingo.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: Pacific Animal Hospital. 450 W Flier Dr, Pacific, MO 63069 to help and care for other animals who are rescued from car accidents like Cathe's beloved dachshund, Ben.
