He was predeceased by : his parents, John L. Balmer and Evelyn M. Balmer (Dewitt). He is survived by : his wife Pamela J. Welch; his children, Ann Marie Hohman (Richard) of Lakewood Ranch, FL and Craig Alan Balmer (Alan Almasy) of Chicago; and his brother Gary David Balmer of Springfield.
