It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David E. Peterson of Springfield, Illinois, born in Richland, Washington, who passed away on February 28, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David Peterson and Sybil Peterson (Haberkorn); and his son John Peterson. He is survived by: his wife Barb Peterson of Springfield; his daughter Jessica Beck (Ross) of Dubuque, IA; his granddaughters, Sonja and Lydia Beck; and his brother Daniel Peterson (Carolyn) of Keene, NY. He is also survived by one niece; two nephews; several cousins; and many special friends.
