It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna J. Small of Springfield, Illinois, born in Lincoln, Illinois, who passed away on December 1, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Loren Waddell and Elsie Gasaway Waddell; her husband Eugene R. Small; and her brother Donald Waddell. She is survived by: her son Kevin M; and her siblings, L. Gene Waddell of Tucson, AZ and Kathleen Vil (Pascal) of Springfield. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
