Edward MacMurdo Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edward MacMurdo of Springfield, Illinois, who passed away on February 13, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd MacMurdo and Alma MacMurdo (Mottershaw); his wife Jane Cecil; and his son-in-law Marty Stauder. He is survived by: his children, Brenda Farber (Dwight) of Bloomington, Karla Stauder of Westfield, IN, Rhonda Ganley (Mike) of Decatur and Edward S. MacMurdo (Jeff Curry) of Petersburg. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Illinois COVID-19 guidelines will be followed, requiring face coverings.
