He was predeceased by: his parents, Truman F. Launer and Mabel C. Launer (Hufendick). He is survived by: his wife Doris Jean Phipps of Springfield; his son Jon Frederick Launer of Ewa Beach, Hawaii; and his grandsons, Jared Michael Ebel and Brayden Kai Launer.
