He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Johnson and Rose Johnson (Short); and his grandson Christopher Johnson, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Lash; his sons, Christopher Johnson (Stephanie) of Springfield and Cody Johnson of Springfield; and his siblings, Judy Stanley of Springfield, Janet Johnson of Springfield and Jack Johnson of Springfield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
