He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Haven and Olivia Haven (Stumpf); and his son Patrick William Haven. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo LaMaster; his daughter-in-law Roseann Haven; and his grandson Graham William Haven.

Memorial contributions may be made to Animal Protective League or the Patrick W. Haven Memorial Fund at the Community Foundation for the Land of Lincoln.
