He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry L. Beavers and Shirley J. Beavers (Shelton); his sister Norma Jean; his brother-in-law Edwin Slinker; his brother George R. "Bud"; and his brother-in-law Ray Weekly.
He is survived by: his former wife Ida "Joyce" Birdwell; his daughter Wilma Leigh; his grandchildren, Aeryahna, Isaiah, Kennedy and Caleb of Lincoln; his wife Linda Bliven of Springfield; his siblings, Alice Steen of Oxford, AR, Mary Ann Andrews (Kenneth) of Mason City and William "Bill" Beavers (Sue) of Constantine, MI; and his sister-in-law Cheryl Beavers of Traverse City, MI.. He is also survived by his extended family including eleven nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews, and cousins.
