He is survived by: his siblings, Kelly Sullivan of Springfield and Joe, II Sullivan (Liza) of Springfield; his aunt Brenda Sullivan of Springfield; his siblings' children, Darlena McBride (Justin Smith), Casey Sullivan, Joe Sullivan, III and Nicholas Sullivan (Fiancé Arielle Treadwell); and his great-nieces, Scarlett, Savannah, Jade and Aria.
