She is survived by: her significant other William Guinn of Springfield; her children, Marcia Barnard of Springfield, Thomas Kuizin (Susan) of Springfield and James Kuizin (John Foreman) of Springfield; her grandchildren, Cassandra of Springfield, IL, Tracy Kuizin of Springfield, IL, Nicholas Barnard (Rachel) of Springfield, IL and Matthew Barnard (Jo) of Chatham, IL; her great grandchildren, Landon of Springfield, Brynn of Springfield, Emily of Springfield and Lucas Barnard of Springfield; and her siblings, Jim Adkins (Jane), Daniel Adkins (Debbie) of Springfield, Sarah Walsh (Robert) and Marilee Ayers of Ohio. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the St. Aloysius Catholic Church (2000 E Sangamon Ave, Springfield, IL 62702). A Mass will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to Dale and Deborah Smith Center for Alzheimer's Research and Treatment or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
