He is survived by: his parents, David Dugan and Angie Dugan (Garrison); his sister Abby Dugan (Mike Fabela); his grandmothers, Linda Dugan (James Hejl) and Ruth Ann Garrison; his aunts and uncles, Duane (Tonna Dugan), Darin (Kara Dugan), Elvin (Shannon Lay), Robert (Kristina Garrison) and Pat (Toni Cocagne); his cousins, Micah Hamm, Lauren Dugan, Hannah Dugan, Evyn Barker, Lauren Peterson, Paige Brennan, Karsyn Garrison, Zoe Cocagne and Jett Cocagne; his close friend Dillion Higginbotham (Hannah); his grandfather Bob Dugan; and his cousin Ryan Dugan. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
