She is survived by: her parents, Frank Hartman and Charlotte Pearman Hartman; her wife Jonna J. Cooley; her daughter Erin Kolakowski (Anthony) of Cape Coral, FL; her sister Pam Singleton (Bill) of Fredericksburg, VA; her stepsister Joyce Uhls of Oregon; and her friends, Duane Williams, Kevin Schuster, Laine Tadlock, Kae Helstrom, Terry Dobbs, Patty Brockmeyer, Gina, Todd Cooper, Nancy Imhoff, Sharon Leatherman, Dino, Doc, Cleo and Oliver. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
