With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael McKinney of Springfield, Illinois, who passed away on September 13, 2021 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert McKinney and Emmadale McKinney (Cornthwaite); and his brothers, Jim and John McKinney. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Hay; his son James Hay (Shelley) of Springfield; his grandchildren, Jon of Springfield and Haley Hay of Springfield; and his brother Steve McKinney of Springfield. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
