He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Offer and Louella Offer (King). He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Brian Offer (Stella), Randy Offer (Mary) and Lisa Kellogg (Darin); his grandchildren, Taylor, Tanner and Nathan; and his brother Kenneth Offer (Bev).

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation.
