She is survived by : her daughters, Mary Joann Shanks (Bruce) of Springfield and Teri Carlisle (John) of Rochester; her grandchildren, Christy Oliphant, Barbara Kriener and Jacob Shanks; her great grandchildren, Leah, Hannah, Norah, Mackenzie, Natalie, Lacie, Jacob and Sawyer; and her sister Polly Taapken.
