It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Terrance S. Turrentine of Springfield, Illinois, who passed away on January 16, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Turrentine (Locker). He is survived by: his father Charles S. Turrentine of Newark, CA.; his wife Deborah Melton; and his children, Patricia Turrentine (Richard Staley) of Springfield, Matthew Turrentine (Tabetha Hebenstreit) of Taylorville and Thomas Turrentine of Chicago. He is also survived by four grandchildren; one great-grandchild.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
