We are sad to announce that on March 9, 2022, at the age of 74, Thomas E. Kennedy of Springfield, Illinois, born in Oakland, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Barry and Marion Helen Kennedy (Smith); his son Scott M. Kennedy; his brother Craig Kennedy; and his parents-in-law, John and Virginia Budnik.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Kennedy of Springfield; his children, Shawn T. Kennedy of Springfield, Shannon Kennedy (Russell Quinoa) of Miami, FL, Samantha Kennedy of Springfield and Jay Anderson of Springfield; and his grandchildren, Katie Kennedy, Matthew Kennedy, Isabella Quintana, Lexie Quinoa and Scott Quinoa.
