He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Gloria Phipps of East Alton; his grandchildren, Brian Phipps of Girard, Patrick Phipps (Rochelle) of Springfield, Kevin Phipps of East Alton, Shelly Murray (Billy) of Brighton and Chris Vesper of Staunton; and his great grandchildren, Thomas, Wyatt Phipps, Zachary, Robin Phipps, Tanner Tucker, Mason Murray, Eli Vesper and Mila Phipps.
