He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael William and Eva Pearl Sedlacek (Goodwin); his spouse Betty Lou Tachell; his son Joseph Sedlacek; and his siblings, Lloyd Sedlacek, Donald Sedlacek and Anna Marie Sedlacek.
He is survived by: his children, Stephen Sedlacek of Boston, MA. and Cynthea Feldmann (Mark) of Worden, IL.; his stepchildren, Jim Beaupre of Massachusetts and Kathryn Perry of Missouri; his grandchildren, David Perry, Ashley Billings (Kyle), Faith Feldmann, Hannah Feldmann and Zane Feldmann; his great grandchildren, Ganon Billings, Declan Billings, Skyler Perry, Tori Perry and Alexander Perry; and his brothers, Mel Sedlacek (Fran) and Michael Sedlacek.
