We are sad to announce that on July 22, 2023, at the age of 73, Linda Ellen Burgard of Staunton, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Benjamin Wassi and Mary Wassi; and her siblings, Joe Wassi, Pat Matthews and Bette Wassi.

She is survived by : her son Dan Burgard (Tobi) of Edwardsville, IL; her grandchildren, Keegan Burgard and Hannah Cress; her great grandchildren, Thomas and Cosabella Cress; and her brother George Wassi of Farmington, IL. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, & cousins.

Memorials are suggested to the Staunton Education Foundation.
