He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Miesner and Irma Miesner (Von Strohe) of Jacob; his brother Nelson Miesner; his sister-in-law Bernice Berry; and his parents-in-law, Norman and Janey Svanda.
He is survived by: his former wife Jacqueline Svanda; his wife Jackie Miesner of Steeleville; his daughters, Nicole Jonas (Tony) of Mukwonago, WI and Kristen Vizcarra (Jim) of St. Louis, MO; his grandchildren, Emma, Michael, Lila and Olivia; and his brother-in-law Dale Berry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
