He was predeceased by : his parents, Elena Rocha and Ricardo Garcia Sr.. He is survived by : his grandmother Joaquina Alvarado Martinez; his siblings, Elizabeth "Liz" Gonzales, Karina Garcia, Erica Garcia, Naheby Garcia, Jocelyn Cisneroz, Emilliano Garcia, Samuel Garcia, Walter Garcia, Jose Garcia, Johnathan Garcia and Joaquin Garica; and his nieces and nephews, Jordan and Jenea Mitchell.

In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established.
