He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Deyo and Frances Deyo (Paige). He is survived by: his wife Rita Deyo of Stockton; his children, Dean Deyo (Velma) of Stockton and Eleanor Richter (Jeff) of Fort Worth, TX; his grandsons, Christopher Richter and Samuel Deyo; and his stepgrandchildren, Lori Schuler (Robert), Tiffani Sales, Ashley Sales and Elizabeth Sales. He is also survived by his five great grandchildren.
