He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lyons and Irene Lyons (Kleckner); his former spouses, Isabelle Munz and Ora Shaw; his wife Jeanette Knauer; and his sister Thelma Finkenbinder.
He is survived by: his former wife Isabelle Hudson; his sons, Larry Lyons (Jennie) and Todd Lyons (Debbie); his stepdaughters, Diana Quandt (Ron) and Debbie Deener (Ed); and his grandchildren, Lyndsi Heitkamp (Jeff), Cory Lyons (Missy) and Shawn Lyons (Debbie Mae). He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
