He is survived by: his wife Marian Binns of Stockton; his children, Cheryl Jay (Gary) of Stevens Point, WI, Carolyn Hollmer of Rock Island, IL, Michael Binns of Rockford and James Binns (Valerie) of Stockton; his sister Rosemary Morhardt of Rockford; his sister-in-law Alice Deininger (Richard) of Galena, IL; and his pet Penny. He is also survived by his five grandchildren, three great grandchildren and one great great grandson.
