Oates Noller of Stockton, Illinois, born in Lancaster, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 11, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Clifford Oates and Jeanette Oates (Edwards); her former life partner Jack Cahill; her son Shiloh; and her grandson Paul.

She is survived by : her husband Tom Noller; her son Shane Cahill (Jessica); her daughter-in-law Emma Cahill (Ian Klemm); her stepchildren, Cindy Hoeksema (Bob Schwabe) and Scott Noller (Karla); her grandchildren, Michelle, Amber, Sam, Tim, Cody, Evelyn, Alyssa, Kyle, Jackson and Olivia; her siblings, Susan Moore, Claire Oates and Danny Oates; and her stepbrother Dennis Habel. She is also survived by her 4 great grandchildren.
