She is survived by: her husband Ronald Smalec; her daughter Lisa Carr (Victor); her siblings, Murdis Higginbotham (Devon) and Joseph Taylor (Betty); her grandchildren, Crystal Soto (Abraham) and Careese LaRoss (Cory); and her great grandchildren, Anisa Soto, Jordan LaRoss, Jaiden LaRoss, Julian Soto, Marisa Soto and Preston LaRoss. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
