He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Margaret Helen; his daughter Melissa; his grandchildren, Matthew, Douglas and Nicole Bergschneider; his great grandchild Mikaisa Ryley Milligan; and his siblings, Eugene, Bob, Randahl and Dean Milligan. He was also cherished by many loving nieces and nephews.
