He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ragnar and Dorothy Gustafson; and his brothers, Phillip and Jerry. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his daughter Vicky; and his sisters, Janet Phillips, Shirley Gustafson and Sandi Garland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
