It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joan Elizabeth Hoyt in Sycamore, Illinois, born in Valparaiso, Indiana, who passed away on April 19, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Garman and Ambrose Garman; and her siblings, Jann and Paul. She is survived by: her husband Charles Hoyt (Chuck); her daughters, Cheryl Zambroski (James), Cathy Cradduck and Krena Hoyt; her grandchildren, Jessica Quinn (Chris Janes) of Sycamore, Jody Quinn (Kyle Banas) of Plano and Corey Cradduck (Carla) of Düsseldorf, Germany; her great grandchildren, Lucy Quinn-Tomlinson of Sycamore and Lydia Bruce of Sycamore; and her brother John Garman.
They vacationed there every year until COVID-19 curtailed their travels.
