With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Rhodes of Taylorville, Illinois, who passed away on November 29, 2020. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Elmer "Hank" and Gladys Herzog Henderson; her children, Kathleen (James Dowdy) of Edinburg and Mark Rhodes of Taylorville; and her sister Donna Waterman of Taylorville. She was also cherished by 4 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
