She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice Gardewine and Paula Gardewine (Woermann); her brother Dennis; and her siblings-in-law, Albert Hoelscher and Paz Gardewine.
She is survived by: her siblings, Carol R. Hoelscher of Teutopolis, Louise Eden (Dan) of Nashville, TN and Francis "Fran" Gardewine (Gin) of Effingham. She is also survived by 17 nieces and nephews, 47 great-nieces and nephews and 26 great-great-nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be given to the Teutopolis Education Foundation, American Heart Association, American Cancer Society or to the donor's choice.
