He was predeceased by: his parents, John Koeberlein and Emma Koeberlein (Rieman); and his son Timothy. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Koeberlein (Meyer); his children, Francis Koeberlein Jr. (LaDonna) of Windsor and Kelly Topp of St. Charles, Missouri; his brother Harold Koeberlein (Lucille) of St. Elmo; Mary Steffen (Russell) of Lincoln. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 6 step-grandchildren and their spouses, 19 step-grandchildren and 25 step-great-grandchildren.
