Ronald Thoele Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ronald Thoele of Teutopolis, Illinois, born in Effingham, Illinois, who passed away on December 8, 2020 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice "Mart" and Evelyn Thoele (Schoenhoff); and his siblings, Diane and Nicholas. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Eirhart of Teutopolis; his children, Wayne Thoele and Shanta Thoele of Springfield; his grandchildren, Garrett Buzzard (Taylor) of St. Elmo, Gatlin Healy of St. Elmo and Perry Manley of Charleston, SC; and his sisters, Mariana Hughes of Mattoon, Edie Michaels of Flat Rock, NC and Myra Thoele (Harish Kallianpur) of Springfield.

Memorial donations may be given to the Effingham County Humane Society.
