With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Arthur W. Whittaker (Toulon, Illinois), born in Princeville, Illinois, who passed away on February 16, 2020 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert E. Whittaker and Emma "Hazel" Whittaker (Roark); and his brother Robert. He is survived by : his spouse Rosana "Rosie" L. Duggins; his sons, Anthony W. and Shawn E. Whittaker; his granddaughters, Kate Whittaker, Janet and Lauren; his brothers, Eldon and Paul Whittaker; his nieces, Julie and Sue; his nephew Bill Whittaker; and also Janet Whittaker.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be contributed to the Toulon American Legion, Post #416, 112 E. Court Street, Toulon, Illinois, 61483.
