She was predeceased by: her parents, America Appenheimer and Swango; and her child Alexis Schmidt. She is survived by: her sons, Ronald Schmidt (Margaret) of McKinney and Donald Schmidt (Bonnie) of Toulon; her grandchildren, Eric Schmidt, Susan Gordon (Michael), Rebecca Adair, Shannon Costello (Tom Altman) and Erin Rybarcyzk (Tom); her great grandchildren, Katie, Alex Gordon, Lauren Sullivan (Daniel), Rachael Adair, Arden Altman, Theodore and Marlowe Rybarczyk; her great great grandchildren, Naomi, Caroline and William "Liam" Sullivan; her sisters, Juanita Murray of Bloomington, Ind., Kate Kerr of Tallahassee, Fla. and Glenna Omanson of Aurora; her siblings' child Swango; her great great grandchild Ransom Sullivan; her siblings, Clay Appenheimer, Betty McDonald Dustin and Yvonne Pugh Gaston; her nephews, Brett, John Appenheimer, Steven Murray, Kim Pugh and Mitchell Young; her brothers-in-law, Lawrence McDonald, Harold Dustin, Haydn Murray, John Kerr, Phil Omanson, Rollin Pugh and Dean Young; and also Rose Appenheimer of Dixon, Ill.. She is also survived by her two sons and daughters-in-law.
