She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Carbery and Madeline Carbery; her husband Len; and her siblings, Edwin Carbery (Lois), Joan Dery (George) and Eileen Carbery.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Cordts (Bill) of East Northport, N. Y., Janet Blake (David) of Tower Lakes, Leonard J. Jr. Kuskowski (Anne) of Chesapeake, VA, Mary Magro (Tony) of Tower Lakes and John Kuskowski of Deer Park, N. Y.; her grandchildren, Billy (Stef), Brian (Jamie), James, Tommy Cordts, Jacqueline, Steven, Alexander Blake, Caroline, Olivia, Leo Kuskowski, A. J., Julie and Gina Magro; her great grandchildren, Logan, Brody and Taylor; and her brother Bill Carbery. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
