We are sad to announce that on June 11, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Jacqueline Ipsen (Tower Lakes, Illinois), born in Berwyn, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bruce Allen Ipsen. She is survived by: her parents, Emilee Maughan and Arnold A. Cernik; her stepmother Sheridan L. Cernik; her siblings, Karyn Anne McKenna and Allen Cernik; her stepsisters, Britt Phillips (Brian) and Kirsten Barkley (Brian); and her stepdaughters, Laurie Ipsen (Cris De Phillips) and Michelle Schreiber (Wes). She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and in-laws.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Animal House Shelter (http://www.animalhouseshelter.com), where Bruce and Jacquie adopted their beloved dog, Sammy Boy.
