She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lash and Irene Simmons Lash; her husband Robert W. Cruzan; her son-in-law Craig Patton; and her granddaughter Amy Cruzan.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Cruzan (Sandi) of Tuscola, Steve Cruzan (Corrina) of Oakland and Vickie Patton of Villa Grove; and her brother Elmer Lash (Sharon) of Champaign. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
