He is survived by: his wife Alice McAvene; his son Dennis Connour of Urbana, IL; his sister Helen M. Daugherty of Mattoon, IL; and his sisters-in-law, Linda Lock and Patsy Dowell of Tuscola, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
