He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Eunice Milan, Twain Milan, Sanders Willoughby and Hattie Willoughby. He is survived by: his parents, James B. Willoughby and Margaret Willoughby Williams Campbell of Tuscola; and his brothers, Richard Willoughby (Rita), Dennis Willoughby and Jon Willoughby (Bonnadelle) of Mattoon. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
