She is survived by : her parents, Wayne Dean Derby (Patti) and Sandra Joyce Anderson (Rick); her husband Brent Allen Hollingsworth; her children, Austin Tyler Coombes of Paris, IL, Megan Nichole Coombes of Charleston, IL, Dalton Dean Corning of Tuscola, IL, Shelby Lynn Cleland (Duffy) of Oakland, IL, Whitney Hollingsworth and Wade Hollingsworth; and her siblings, Chris Sims (Melinda), Scott Derby (Danielle), Shannon Weddle (Tim), Lori Seiler and Amber Dodd (Jeff). She is also survived by ten grandchildren.
